Vincent J. Borkowski

HOPEDALE - Vincent J. Borkowski, 94, formerly of New York, died Wednesday, September 27, 2006 in Continuing Care Center of Hopedale after a long illness. His wife, Mary (Auciello) Borkowski, died in 1988.
Mr. Borkowski was born in Brooklyn, NY, a son of Polish immigrants, Wladyslaw and Helena (Karwoska) Borkowski. He was an electrician for the Pennsylvania Railroad at Sunnyside Yard, Long Island City, NY for 45 years.
He leaves one son, Vincent Borkowski and his wife Mary of Westborough; a brother, John Borkowski of Louisiana; and two granddaughters.
