Shirley C. (Todd) Willis, 86, of Upton and formerly of Pittsburgh, PA, died in her home on September 1, 2016. She was the widow of Thomas Willis, who died in 1984.
Mrs. Willis was born in Chicago, IL, the daughter of the late George and Iola (Feaster) Todd. She had lived in the Pittsburgh, PA area before coming to Upton six years ago.
She leaves one son, Donald Copeland of Pittsburgh; four daughters, Andrea Willis of Upton, Sharon Minniefield and Sherry Rusiski of Pittsburgh, and Pamela Willis of Bakersfield, CA; a brother, Donald Todd of Chicago; six grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.
