Rose S. (Altrath) Klink

April 18, 1935 — April 5, 2014

Rose S. (Altrath) Klink, 78, of Upton, died peacefully early Saturday, April 5, 2014, at her daughter's home in Spencer. She was the wife of George Klink.

Mrs. Klink was born in Newark, NJ, the daughter of the late Carrie (Baier) and Oscar Altrath. She was a graduate of Irvington High School in NJ, and came to Upton from NJ in 1971. She worked at Fenwal in Ashland for 23 years, retiring in 2000, and was a member of the Upton Republican Town Committee.

In addition to her husband of 60 years, she leaves two daughters, Karen Grazulis and her husband Stanley of Douglas, and Christine Pilling and her husband Thomas of Spencer; a godson, Joseph Poirier and his wife Kerry of Upton; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She was also the sister of the late Herbert Altrath.

Service Details

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 8, at 11 a.m.
in the Williams-Pedersen Funeral Home, 45 Main Street, Upton.

Burial will follow in Lakeview Cemetery.

A calling hour at the funeral home will be
from 10 to 11 a.m. prior to the funeral service on Tuesday.
