P. Michael Labaire

P. Michael LaBaire, 80, of Upton, died early Monday, April 17, 2017 in Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester after an illness. He was the husband of Jacqueline M. (Fleurant) LaBaire.
Mr. LaBaire was born in Worcester, a son of the late Ernest and Betty (Mitchell) LaBaire. He was a 1954 graduate of Auburn High School and served with the US Air Force from 1955 to 1958. He earned degrees from Clark University in 1962 and Assumption College in 1967.
He was a bookstore designer, most recently for Franklin Fixtures, but also for the National Park Service; and a communicant of Holy Family Parish at St. Joseph Church in Worcester.
In addition to his wife of 56 years; he leaves one son, Father Steven M. LaBaire, pastor of Holy Family Parish in Worcester; a brother, Jeffrey S. LaBaire of Holland, MA; one nephew and two nieces.

Following cremation, private burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery in Upton.

A funeral mass will be celebrated Saturday, April 22 at 11 a.m.in St. Joseph Church, 35 Hamilton St., Worcester.
Following cremation, private burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery in Upton.
