Norman J. Sanders, Jr

Norman J. Sanders, Jr., 68, of Upton and formerly of Everett, died Thursday, July 6, 2016 in the University of MA Memorial Medical Center in Worcester after an illness. He was the husband of Linda (Juliano) Sanders.
Mr. Sanders was born in Boston, the son of the late Norman J. and Patricia M. (Oberton) Sanders. He worked as a machinist for Gaulin Industries for many years and then for Smith & Nephew in RI and Palmer Manufacturing in Malden before retiring several years ago. He enjoyed cribbage and billiards, and especially loved time spent at his vacation home in Maine. He came to Upton from Everett four years ago.
In addition to his wife of 48 years, he leaves one son, Jason Sanders of Everett; a daughter, Justine Sanders-Foley of Upton; and two granddaughters, Paela and Adeline of Upton.
If desired, the family suggests memorial donations may be made to the charity of one's choice.

Calling hours at the funeral home are Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m.

Funeral services will be held Sunday at 4 p.m.in the Williams-Pedersen Funeral Home, 45 Main St., Upton.
Cremation will follow.
