Mary A. Mcmaster

Mary Ann (Glynn) McMaster, 88, of Jensen Beach, FL, and formerly of Upton, MA, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 6, 2024. She is preceded in death by her husband, Francis D. McMaster, Sr.

Mary is survived by her daughters, Ann Deluca and her husband Bob of Jensen Beach, FL; Mary McMaster of Port St. Lucie, FL; Kathleen Shear of Palm Beach Gardens, FL; and Sheila Twomey and her husband Danny of Newburyport, MA. She also leaves behind two sons, Patrick McMaster of Tunbridge, VT, and Francis D. McMaster, Jr. and wife Kathryn of Omaha, NE. She is preceded in death by her son Brian McMaster.  She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren as well as many beloved nieces and nephews.

She was born November 22, 1935, the only daughter of Thomas and Anna (Heavey) Glynn of Boston. Mary is survived by her brothers Dennis Glynn and his wife Roberta of St. Petersburgh, FL and Robert Glynn of Everett, MA. She is preceded in death by brothers Thomas, John and Richard Glynn.

Mary retired from the United States Postal Service, where she dedicated many years of service. Mary spent her retirement between Florida and Massachusetts playing golf and vacationing with family. We were all so blessed to have her in our lives and she will be greatly missed.

Calling hours will be held from 4 to 7 P.M. on Monday, October 7 at the Pickering & Son Upton Funeral Home, 45 Main St, Upton, MA.

Her funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, October 8 in St. Gabriel the Archangel Church, 151 Mendon St, Upton.  Burial will immediately follow at Lakeview Cemetery, N. Main Street, Upton.
