Mary E. (Roche) Fedorczuk, 83, of South Grafton, MA, and formerly Upton, passed away peacefully at the UMass University Hospital surrounded by her family on Friday, June 14, 2024. She was the beloved wife of the late Michael Fedorczuk, who died in 2015.
Born in Boston, she was the eldest daughter of the late William and Marion (McCarthy) Roche.
She is survived by her three daughters, Cathleen O’Neil and her husband Larry O’Neil of Westborough, Kelly McDonough and her partner Teresa Bertone of Westborough, and Kerri Cahill of North Grafton, as well as her ten grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Mary is also survived by her siblings Mildred Galeone, Kathleen Schultz, Patrick Roche, and Dorothy O’Neil.
She was predeceased by her siblings Marion Despres, William Roche, and Edward Roche.
Mary was raised and educated in Upton and attended St. Mary’s School in Milford. She enjoyed flowers, gardening, crafts, wreath making, and antiques. She also was a member of various clubs in Upton such as The Garden Club, Historical Society, Bloomer Girls, Women’s Club and Friends of the Upton State Forest. Mary was a very sociable person to anyone she met and will be missed by many.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her calling hours on Thursday, June 27, from 4 to 7 P.M. at the Pickering & Son Upton Funeral Home, 45 Main St., Upton.
Her funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 A.M. on Friday, June 28, at St. Luke the Evangelist Church, 70 West Main St, Westborough. Burial will follow in Lakeview Cemetery, Upton.
