UPTON - Marion (Flooks) Mainville Woll, 93, of Upton, died Friday, July 14 in Beaumont Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Northbridge after an illness. She was the widow of Victor R. Mainville, who died in 1975, and Arthur R. Woll, who died in 1995.
Born in Mendon on June 26, 1913, she was a daughter of the late James E. and Dorothy (Osgood) Flooks. She graduated from Mendon High School and worked at the former Kartiganer Hat Company in West Upton for many years. She later worked at Cushing Hospital in Framingham.
Mrs. Woll lived in Upton for most of her married life and was very active in the Upton Bowling League until the age of 89. She was known for her great sense of humor and generosity to others.
She leaves four daughters, Marilyn Atchue and her husband Marshall of Grafton, Marion Aikey and her husband Paul of South Carolina and Georgia, Jeanne Noyes and her husband Merwin of Maine, and Vicki Vander Sluis and her husband Robert of Sutton. She also leaves eight grandchildren, Mary and Sally Atchue; Priscilla Solloway; Charles, Andrew and Brian Noyes; Wendy Hall; and Matthew Vander Sluis; twelve great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. A brother, Robert Flooks, and sister, Dot Wisnowski, pre-deceased her.

Service Details
Following cremation, burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery in Upton,
with private services at the convenience of the family.
