Louis Catto Jr

Louis Catto, Jr., 77, of Upton, died Monday, January 17, 2005, at his home after a long illness. He was the husband of Alice (Baghdasarian) Catto.
Mr. Catto was born in Milford, a son of the late Luigi and Josephine (Marlo) Catto. He grew up in the Plains section of Milford, was educated in local schools, and lived there until coming to Upton in 1962. He worked as an inspector at the former Draper Corp. in Hopedale for 33 years, retiring in 1979. He then worked briefly for Data General in Southborough. He was a member of the United Parish of Upton and enjoyed attending the Plains Reunion each year.
In addition to his wife of 42 years, he leaves three stepdaughters, Frances Benedict of Colorado, Roxanne Rajotte of Grafton, and Carleen Gilbert of Douglas; 8 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. He was also the brother of the late Ann Haughey and Frank Catto, formerly of Milford, and Philip Catto, formerly of South Carolina.
