Loraine M. (Houde) Bouthiette

Loraine M. (Houde) Bouthiette, 83, of Upton, died Monday, September 3, 2007 in her home after a long illness. She was the wife of Omer A. Bouthiette, to whom she was married for 61 years.
Mrs. Bouthiette was born in North Grafton, a daughter of the late Joseph E. and Mary Ellen (Atchue) Houde. She grew up in Grafton, where she was educated in local schools, and had lived in Upton since 1946. She was a communicant of Holy Angels Parish in Upton and a 25-year member of the Sutton Country Squares.
In addition to her husband, she leaves two daughters, Dianne M. Valis of Webster and Hope Ann Lapierre of Upton; a brother, Robert Houde of Grafton; one sister, Rita Guisto of Worcester; three grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren. She was also the sister of the late Ann Mae Bourget and Joseph A. Houde.
