Lenora E. Conine

UXBRIDGE- Lenora E. Conine, 82, of Uxbridge, passed away on Friday, February 18, 2022, at the Blackstone Valley Health and Rehabilitation in Northbridge. She was the wife of the late Charles Conine.

Born in Hoboken, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Jacob and Marie (Snellenberg) VanDenBerg. She was educated in Rutherford, NJ and was a graduate of Rutherford High School.

Lenora was employed as a secretary for Consolidated Coating in Bellingham prior to her retirement. In earlier years she was a secretary for the Mendon Police Department. She enjoyed painting and making sand sculptures.

She is survived by one daughter, Bonnie L. Powers of Uxbridge and three grandchildren.

She was predeceased by a son, William C. Conine.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her calling hours on Monday, February 21, from 4 to 6 P.M. with a brief funeral service at 6:00 P.M. at the Pickering & Son Upton Funeral Home, 45 Main St., Upton.
