Kristina (Langseth) Russell, 48, of Milford, died Wednesday, October 8, 2014 in Milford Regional Medical Center after an illness.
Kristina was born in Hartford, CT, and grew up in Lenox, MA. She attended high school at Stevens Christian Academy and went on to San Diego State University. She worked as a systems analyst and consultant in the technology industry. She came to Milford from Waltham four years ago.
She was a ballerina all through high school. She loved gardening and sewing all her daughter's Halloween and school costumes, and was an avid skier.
She leaves her daughter, Katherine E. Russell; her parents, Richard Langseth and his wife Jo-ann of Warwick, RI, and Marilyn Falt of Aberdeen, MD; two brothers, Justin Langseth and his wife Tatiana of Great Falls, VA, and Corey Langseth and his wife Madison of Knoxville, TN; a sister, Sara Langseth of Easthampton; a cousin, Kimberley (Langseth) Hersey and her husband Glenn and daughters Shannon and Melissa of Turners Falls; and a dear friend, Kristin Rode and her children Matthew and Kaitlyn of Upton. She was the beloved granddaughter of Lee and Ester Langseth, who she now joins in heaven.

Graveside services will be held Friday, October 10, at 1 p.m.
in Lakeview Cemetery, North Main Street, Upton,
with Pastor Bob Howard of the Valley Chapel officiating.
