Joy M. (Baldwin) Reed

Joy M. (Baldwin) Reed, 79, of Upton, died Thursday, December 25, 2014 in Milford Regional Medical Center after an illness. She was the wife of Edwin R. Reed.
Mrs. Reed was born in Upton, the daughter of the late Elmer C. Baldwin and Thelma A. (Brownell) Tumolo. She grew up in Upton and had lived in Westborough for many years before returning to Upton over 25 years ago. She enjoyed crafts and was a frequent patron of the VFW flea market in Upton.
In addition to her husband of 64 years, she leaves a daughter, Catherine Curran and her husband Jim of Dennis; one son, Robert Reed and his wife Nancy of Upton; four grandchildren, Lori Mason of Dennisport, Charlie Mason of Hyannis, Cindy Mason of West Yarmouth, and Bobby Reed of Upton; three great-grandchildren, Christopher, Michael, and Conor Mason; and an aunt, Luella Wood of Upton. She was also the stepdaughter of the late John Tumolo.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to Milford Regional Medical Center, 14 Prospect St., Milford, MA 01757.
