Joseph E. "Biff" Sheedy

Joseph E. "Biff" Sheedy, 68, of Upton and formerly of Milford and Framingham, died at his home on Thursday, October 20, 2011, surrounded by his family. He was the husband of Nancy I. (Burnham) Sheedy and was a well-known local entrepreneur.
Mr. Sheedy was born in Milford, a son of the late Joseph and Delfina (Scagnelli) Sheedy. He worked at Cushing Hospital in Framingham for 20 years before starting his own business. For the past 25 years, he sold a variety of goods at establishments throughout the Milford and Framingham area.
In addition to his wife of nearly 42 years, he leaves two children, Jason Sheedy of North Attleboro and Erin Sheedy of Upton, and many friends. He was also the brother of the late Arthur Sheedy and Geraldine Cavallaro.
St. Gabriel the Archangel Church, 151 Mendon Street, Upton
at 10 a.m. on Friday, October 28.
Burial of his ashes, along with those of his sister,
will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery in Milford.
Calling hours at the Williams-Pedersen Funeral Home, 45 Main St., Upton
are from 6 to 9 p.m. on Thursday, October 27.

Following cremation, a Memorial Mass will be celebrated inSt. Gabriel the Archangel Church, 151 Mendon Street, Upton
at 10 a.m. on Friday, October 28.
