Helene M. (Lyshorne) Babineau-Hefler, 67, of Milford, died peacefully at home after an illness. She was the wife of Frank Hefler.
Helene was born in Boston, a daughter of the late Lloyd and Mary (Sullivan) Lyshorne. She lived in Woburn before coming to Milford about 15 years ago and was a medical billing clerk at Bethany Health Care Center in Framingham for several years.
In addition to her husband of nine years, she leaves her daughter, Sandra Brannelly of Milford; a son, Donald Brannelly of Amesbury; two sisters, Diane Lyshorne and Mary Sullivan of Milford; and two grandchildren, Katelyn and Owen Brannelly of Amesbury.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to the National MS Society, 101A First Ave., Waltham, MA 02451.

A funeral mass will be celebrated Saturday, September 13, at 11 a.m.in St. Gabriel the Archangel Church, 151 Mendon Street, Upton.
