Helen J. (Zimmerman) Bosler, 87, a former long-time resident of Needham, died Thursday evening, March 22, 2007 in Hearthstone at Golden Pond in Hopkinton after a period of declining health.
Mrs. Bosler was born in Baltimore, MD, a daughter of the late John and Blanche (Perrin) Zimmerman. She had lived in Needham since 1959 until moving to Hopkinton last September. She was a homemaker who enjoyed gardening and the Audubon Society and an animal lover who supported animal shelters throughout the area. She was active in the Needham Community Council and participated in craft and needlework classes there for many years.
She leaves her husband, Robert Bosler of Woods Hole; two daughters, Deborah Booras and her husband Peter of Sherborn, and Catherine Elizabeth Bosler of Vashon Island, WA; a sister, Georgia Shaw of MI; and three grandsons, Jason Booras of New York, NY, and Geoffrey and Andrew Booras of Sherborn.

Following cremation, private funeral services will be held
at the convenience of the family.
