Cheryl A. McFetridge

Cheryl McFetridge passed away on March 1, 2025, after a long, brave and courageous battle.  

Cheryl lived most of her life in Upton and was a graduate of Nipmuc Regional High School.  Her time in the band was a good memory for her throughout her life.  She led a life serving others and had such a giving spirit toward others.  She didn't have a lot but gave a lot from what she had.  

She will be remembered locally from her nearly 30 years working at the former Knowlton Manor Nursing Home in Upton.

Her father, Burton McFetridge, passed away in 1969 and her mother, Roberta McFetridge, passed away in 2006, her brother Brian McFetridge passed away in 2019.

Cheryl leaves behind two sisters, Cindy Carriere of Florida and Donna Foglio of South Carolina, a brother, Rob McFetridge from Virginia and nieces, April, Stacy, Sarah, Emily, and a nephew James.

Following cremation, Cheryl will be buried next to her mother in the Lakeview Cemetary in Upton.  A private service with family will take place.
