Charles Francis Weisner Ii

Charles F. "Tony" Weisner II, 56, of Upton, died peacefully at his home on Thursday, March 13, 2008 after a spinal cord stroke in August, 2003, which rendered him paralyzed. He was the beloved husband of Elizabeth L. (Fiekers) Weisner, to whom he was married for 17 years.

Mr. Weisner was born in Manchester, CT, the son of the late Charles A. and Eileen M. (Donohue) Weisner. He attended the University of Denver and worked as a construction site supervisor for Nash Development and then for Co Energy America until becoming disabled.

A communicant of Holy Angels Parish, he was a kayak enthusiast and loved scuba diving, snorkeling, hiking, skiing, and other outdoor activities.

In addition to his wife, he leaves two sisters, Catherine Weisner of Brookline and Christina Weisner of Pacific Palisades, CA. He was also a loving uncle to 15 nieces and nephews and 8 great-nieces and great-nephews, and a beloved brother-in-law to 10.

Service Details

A funeral mass will be celebrated Monday, March 17, 2008 at 10 a.m.
in Holy Angels Church, 1 Milford Street, Upton.
