Carol Ann (Packett) Paine

Carol Ann (Packett) Paine, 68, of Upton, died at home on Monday, February 18, 2013 after an illness. She was the wife of Robert B. Paine, Jr.
Mrs. Paine was born in Provincetown, a daughter of the late Philip and Mary (Sants) Packett. She lived in North Truro before coming to Upton over 40 years ago. She was an administrator for Digital Equipment Corportation for many years and then at Adesa Auto Auctions in Framingham until retiring in 2010. A devoted grandmother, she enjoyed knitting, crocheting, and especially spending time with her grandkids and attending their sporting events.
In addition to her husband of 46 years, she leaves three children, Erik T. Paine and his wife Vickie and Dean S. Paine and his wife Jeannette, all of Upton, and Mia Baxendale of Westborough; a brother, Gene Packett of FL; three sisters, Gail Sparks of Truro, Judy Lee of OH, and Donna Packett of FL; and five grandchildren, Thomas, Emily, Ethan, Jack, and Devon. She was predeceased by her siblings Phil, George, and Arlene.
If desired, the family suggests memorial donations be made to the Upton Ambulance Fund, Box 1012, or to the Upton Police Association, 30 School St., both Upton, MA 01568.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 23, at 10 a.m.in the Williams-Pedersen Funeral Home, 45 Main St., Upton, with the
