Barbara Ann (Peters) Ramsey
July 19, 1932 — January 10, 2016
Barbara Ann Peters-Ramsey, 83, of Glendale, AZ, and formerly of Upton, MA, passed peacefully into eternal life on January 10, 2016.
Born in Northbridge, MA, she was a daughter of the late William and Florence (Barber) Peters of Upton, MA. She was a homemaker for many years prior to her employment at Valpey-Fisher in Hopkinton, MA. After the blizzard of 1978, she relocated to Phoenix, AZ where she was employed as a manager at Wakefield Mfg. She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family and friends during her retirement years.
She leaves three sons, William Ramsey and his wife Patty of Uxbridge, MA, and Philip Ramsey and his wife Lori and Richard Ramsey and his wife Christina, all of Glendale; three daughters, Linda Francis of Rio Rancho, NM, Sheila Ferris of Phoenix, AZ, and Tina Ramsey of Grafton, MA; 14 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren with two more on the way. Survivors also include two sisters, Marion Ramsey of Upton and Florence Peters of Glendale; and two brothers, Robert Peters of CA and Butch Peters of NV. She was also the mother of the late Edward Ramsey, Jr. and Donald Ramsey, and the sister of the late Phyllis Massey.

Service Details
Following cremation, a private graveside ceremony, officiated by the Rev. Dr. Virginia Childs of the United Parish of Upton, took place in Lakeview Cemetery in Upton.
