Ann M. (Christensen) Griffin

Ann M. (Christensen) Griffin, 74, of East Woodstock, CT, and formerly of Westborough, died Sunday, May 17, 2015 surrounded by family in the University of Mass. Medical Center in Worcester. She was the wife of Kenneth W. Griffin, to whom she was married for 55 years.
Mrs. Griffin was born in Worcester, a daughter of the late Henry Christensen and Alice (Smith) Christensen Lloyd. She lived in Westborough for most of her life before moving to CT 14 years ago. She worked at Stop & Shop in Westborough for 26 years and had been a member of the Evangelical Congregational Church. Since her retirement, she enjoyed winters in Ormond-by-the-Sea, FL with her husband and cherished time spent with friends and family, especially her grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she leaves two daughters, Barbara Ann Poirier and her husband Darrell of Woodstock, and Cheryl Lynn Callahan and her husband Patrick of Harwich; 5 grandchildren, Adam, Bridget, Meaghan, Timothy, and Devon; a brother, Henry Christensen, Jr.; and three sisters, Shirley Fagan, Joyce Lloyd, and Lillian Cathline. She was also the sister of the late Beverly Jones.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the charity of one's choice.
in the Evangelical Congregational Church, 57 West Main Street, Westborough.
Private burial will be in Maplewood Cemetery in West Upton
at the convenience of the family.

Service Details
A memorial service will be held Friday, May 22, at 11 a.m.in the Evangelical Congregational Church, 57 West Main Street, Westborough.
